Periskope Subprocessors
Hashlabs Holdings Inc., doing business as “Periskope” (“Periskope”, “Hashlabs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), uses certain third-party service providers and affiliates to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Periskope services.
This page lists the subprocessors that may process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Periskope in connection with the services. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings given to them in the Periskope Data Processing Agreement or the applicable agreement between Periskope and the Customer.
For transparency, this page may also identify third-party platform providers involved in delivering the services where their legal role may vary depending on the service, customer configuration, or applicable terms.
Updates to this list
Periskope may update this list from time to time. Where required by the applicable Data Processing Agreement, Periskope will provide notice of new subprocessors before authorizing them to process Customer Personal Data. Notice may be provided by updating this page or by other written notice.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

AI subprocessors
Where Customers enable or use AI features, Periskope may process Customer Personal Data through AI-related subprocessors to generate responses, summaries, classifications, automations, suggestions, or related outputs.
Periskope does not use Customer Personal Data to train its own AI models unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
International transfers
Some subprocessors may process Customer Personal Data outside the country where the Customer or its users are located. Where required by applicable Data Protection Laws, Periskope relies on appropriate transfer mechanisms, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
