The AI Chat Assistant changes that. Every chat now has it built in, accessible directly from the side panel. Instead of reading through long message threads or manually performing tasks, you can simply instruct the AI.

For example:

• Summarize a long conversation, so you instantly understand the context

• Create a ticket from a specific message that requires follow-up

• Assign the ticket to a teammate using natural language

• Add internal notes without sending messages to the customer
