How to Use Universal Search
Follow 3 simple steps to use Universal Search:
Locate the Search Tab under Chats, Chat List, or Contacts.
Click the button labeled ^K or use the shortcut Ctrl+K.
In the pop-up, use the search bar to sift through all your messages, tickets, and contacts data. Want to refine your search? Simply select the specific category you want to dive into.
