This much-anticipated feature allows you to effortlessly search through WhatsApp chat names, messages, contacts, tickets, and notes—all in one place. It’s designed to dramatically boost your team’s efficiency by cutting down the time spent hunting for the right information. Universal Search is here to make finding what you need easier and faster than ever before.
How to Use Universal Search
Follow 3 simple steps to use Universal Search:
Locate the Search Tab under Chats, Chat List, or Contacts.
Click the button labeled ^K or use the shortcut Ctrl+K.
In the pop-up, use the search bar to sift through all your messages, tickets, and contacts data. Want to refine your search? Simply select the specific category you want to dive into.
