Team Periskope
We’re updating Periskope’s pricing from 1 September 2026.
This is our first meaningful pricing change since launch. Periskope has grown from a shared WhatsApp inbox into an operating layer for teams running critical work on WhatsApp.
Teams now use Periskope to manage operations across hundreds of connected numbers, run ticketing and automated workflows, integrate WhatsApp with their internal systems, and deploy AI agents that can answer questions, take action, and use custom tools across sales, support, and operations.
To reflect the value now included in the product, and to continue investing in reliability, automation, AI, and customer support, we’re making a few changes.
What’s changing on 1st September
What this means for existing customers
1. Customers with an active MSA or signed order form
Your current pricing and terms will remain in place until the end of your existing term. Any changes will be discussed with you at renewal. AI credits and top-up packs apply to Pro and Enterprise plans, as above.
2. Customers on annual plans
Annual plan pricing remains unchanged, so no action is needed. AI credits and top-up packs apply to Pro and Enterprise plans, as above.
3. Customers on monthly plans without an active signed agreement
You can lock in your current price per license for 12 months by signing a 12-month agreement, paid monthly, before 1 September 2026
Under the agreement:
Your current effective price per license stays in place for 12 months, with billing continuing monthly.
The lock covers the licenses you have when you sign. Licenses added after 1 September are billed at updated pricing, so if you need more users or phones, add them before you sign.
Cancellation and downgrade will not be available during the term, but can be scheduled for the end of the agreement.
AI usage will follow the updated plan allowances and top-up pricing.
If you prefer to move to the new pricing, no action is required. Your subscription will automatically move to the updated monthly pricing from your first billing cycle after 1 September 2026.
There is no lock-in on monthly billing, and you can change your plan anytime. If you currently receive a percentage discount, the same discount will continue to apply to the new monthly list price.
Your updated pricing and 12-month agreement are available in your Periskope account.
4. Customers currently on a free trial
To retain the current monthly pricing for your first 12 months:
Upgrade before 1 September 2026.
Sign a 12-month agreement, paid monthly, through your Periskope account.
The lock covers the licenses you upgrade with, so include all the users and phones you'll need. If you upgrade after 1 September, the new pricing will apply.
