Setting up Automated Replies

Setting Up Ticket Automation

  1. Signup to Periskope and create a trial account

  2. Go to the Automation Rules section in the Periskope dashboard.

  3. Click on “New Rule” and select the option to create from scratch.

  4. Set the Trigger: Select “New Message Received” as the trigger.

  5. Adjust Criteria: Define the specific conditions or filters that suit your needs.

  6. Add an Action: Choose “Reply to Message” and customize the automated reply.

  7. Save and Activate: Once saved, the rule will work to send automated replies.
