In recent years, WhatsApp has become the go-to customer success platform for businesses. We’ve heard repeatedly that customers prefer support on WhatsApp (via groups or 1-on-1 chats) more than email, slack or teams.
But it is very hard to keep track of customer queries on a busy & messy platform like WhatsApp. Which is why we built a way to streamline tickets / tasks from ANY WhatsApp message.

Emoji-based Ticketing
With Periskope, converting a customer's message on WhatsApp (group or 1:1 chat) into a ticket in your ticketing system is a breeze. Simply add a "label" emoji to the message and Periskope will do the rest. You can even enable your customers and field force to create a ticket from WhatsApp on their phone.
Alternatively, you could right click on any message via Periskope and ‘Create a Ticket’ from the dropdown view.
Assign and Manage Tickets
Use Periskope to set ticket priority, due date, labels and assign it to the relevant team member. Tickets are sorted by aging to help address your long standing tickets on priority.
