Introducing AI Flagging
When you have hundreds of WhatsApp groups and chats, it is impossible to keep track of important messages. A common issue that we hear from clients is "I simply don’t know how many customer queries my team is missing on WhatsApp!"
If this is an issue that your team, Periskope AI Flagged messages is for you. Periskope AI auto flags customer questions, queries or requests for support.
You can now cut through the noise on WhatsApp and identify the groups / chats where your customers are looking for support.
How AI flagged messages work
Once a message is received on a WhatsApp group / 1:1 chat, Periskope AI checks if 1) the message is from "anyone external" and 2) if it is a "question or a query".
If the two conditions are true, the AI automatically flags these messages
Chats with AI flagged messages can be filtered from the dashboard by clicking on "Flagged messages"
How messages are unflagged:
AI flagged messages can be resolved in 3 ways:
If any "internal" responds to a message either from Periskope or WhatsApp directly, the message is marked as resolved. You can mark a contact internal from the contacts screen
If a ticket is created against that message, the message is marked as resolved.
If you right click on the message and select "Unflag", the message is marked as resolved
If you’d like, you can turn off AI flagged messages completely from Settings > Preferences
