Create Tickets Instantly: Turn any WhatsApp message into a Freshdesk ticket in seconds, making it easier to prioritize and track customer inquiries.
Reply from Freshdesk, Straight to WhatsApp: Resolve tickets directly from Freshdesk, with responses automatically sent back to the relevant WhatsApp group or chat.
Track Key Metrics: Keep an eye on vital support stats, like open tickets and resolution times, for real-time insights into team performance.

Steps to connect Periskope with Freshdesk
To connect your Freshdesk, you must have a Periskope account. Once logged into the account, visit here to connect Freshdesk.
Click on connect. In order to connect your Freshdesk account, you need to provide the following details:
- Freshdesk Domain: Enter your Freshdesk domain. For example,https://example.freshdesk.com

- API Key: To get the API key, log in to your Freshdesk account and navigate toProfile Settings

.Now you have successfully connected your Freshdesk account with Periskope. You can now use the integration to sync tickets on Periskope to Freshdesk!
