Do you get a lot of common, repetitive questions from your clients? Is it hard to monitor the quality of WhatsApp responses across your team?
Now setup quick replies to answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to sales, product or customer support on WhatsApp. What more - you can attach documents, images, and videos to your quick replies.
The main purpose of quick replies is to be more efficient than having sales or CS teams manually search for and find answers to common customer questions, while providing a better, more uniform experience to your customers.
Setting Up Quick Replies
Setup WhatsApp quick replies on Periskope in 3 simple steps -
Navigate to settings > quick replies and click on "Create Quick Reply"
Enter a slash command shortcut for the reply
Compose the quick reply, add attachments if any and click "Save"
Invoking a Quick Reply
Use the "/" command when typing any message to open up the list of available quick replies. Choose the reply you want to send and click enter.
Please note that quick replies can be invoked both at the beginning and the middle of messages by clicking "/"
Scheduling Quick Replies
In addition to invoking quick replies, you can also schedule these by clicking on the clock icon in the message text box. The scheduled quick replies will be delivered at the chosen date and time.
