  • Flagged messages - track "important" queries auto flagged by AI

  • Open tickets - track and manage all open and in progress tickets across chats and connected numbers

  • Bulk messages - track bulk messages sent and delivered rates

  • TAT / Response times - measure how quickly your teams are responding to customer queries

  • Team level metrics - measure # of responses, open tickets, and first response times / TAT for your entire team
